Your account number is your pager or voice mail number.

If you are calling regarding problems with your voice mail account
(such as a technical problem) please ask for an 800 voice mail technician.

If you are calling about an interruption in service, such as being denied access
to your mail box or it being disconnected, the next available customer service
representative will be able to assist you.

If you are calling about a billing inquiry or you need someone to help you
set up your voice mail box, the customer service representative will also
be able to assist you.
